Shopify manages hosting, security, and core platform updates directly. Shopify Monthly Support focuses on thoughtful design, content updates, and small improvements — helping your website continue to evolve as your business grows.
Shopify Monthly Support is ideal for:
- Product-based businesses who want light, ongoing design support
- Clients who’d like help keeping their store up to date and refined, without needing to manage small updates themselves
A simple, predictable way to receive ongoing website support.
Includes:
- Up to 2 hours of website support per month
- Content updates (text, images, sections)
- Product or collection layout tweaks
- App styling or light configuration (within existing apps)
- Minor usability and design refinements
Support is completed within the allocated monthly time and does not roll over.

$160 + GST per month
