FAQs
Yes! For most packages, payments are split into two parts, with a 50% non-refundable deposit required upfront. For projects over $8K, a 34% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. The remaining payments are spread over two months. The project must be paid in full before completion and ownership transfer. If you need a different payment plan, just ask.
No, all deposits are non-refundable as they secure your spot in the queue. I book projects several months in advance to ensure each client receives the time and attention their project deserves. If you back out, it may leave an empty spot that could have been given to another client. The deposits ensure clients are committed to moving forward.
Yes, booking in advance is advisable. I usually book about four weeks ahead, so I recommend getting in touch at least eight weeks before your deadline. The sooner, the better!
If you pay your deposit but don’t have your content ready, you will be bumped to the next available spot and required to pay a rescheduling fee to re-book your project.
We start with an in-depth questionnaire and briefing process to ensure we’re on the same page. Usually, two rounds of refinement are plenty. If you’re still not happy after two rounds, I will continue the refinement process at my current hourly rate.
